I'd like to share a little about myself. So im 26 and have recently started delving into my childhood and the effects that the trauma i experienced still has on me. One of thr hardest things for me is trust. Trusting others in relationships is something i struggle with. But I've made a commitment to myself that i will open my heart to others and work on speaking and living from the heart.

This recording gave me some powerful insight last night, after meditating with it i left it playing while i went to sleep, and the dream I had was educational, I had a lucid dream of meditating in this big open place in ruins with lots of other people and a meditation guide in the room, I was able to sit down meditate and while doing so the guide press with his hands on my forehead and that allowed me to get out of my dream body and fly in the dream while meditating, it was exhilarating and such a freeing experience, I'm grateful and will keep on listening to this recording for meditation

I have OCD and what helps me with this is just being compassionate with yourself and let everything happen. I had dark thoughts and lots of compulsions and I just watched it all occur. It was really personal
