If you liked that book I have a great recommendation for you. Its called Alive: the story of the Andes survivors. Its about a rugby team in a plane going to a competition (True story and uses journal entries) and the plane crashes in the Andes. They survive for many months, using the plane as shelter and slowly losing hope of being rescued. They start eating the dead to survive, most dead to the cold, and there's even an avalanche that buries the plane they're in and they survive under the snow for days and have to dig out. There's much more I don't want to spoil but they also made it into an Oscar nominated movie last year.

Its so cool to hear that you got taught by silverr, one of my other favourite runners. Its funny, he got an insane pb as well that was also zero cycle, and at the time I saw a comment on that video talking about how hard it would be for zero to get WR. So I was super excited when nofear got the first zero world record. Im glad you have the same excitement for the zero cycle as a strat, and you pulled off a pretty nice one! Sick pb!

I have started playing when I was 4, and I just got a sub 15. He has inspired me to go speed-running. A combo of a good seed and his tutorials got me a 14:57 after 4 months.
