What is the life of a country side person in China like?

I'll bet it's hard. The permit is crazy. I live in a rural area. We know when someone comes from the outside the county. Its weird to think about us asking for thier city permit. How dumb it would be. If they are here the understand thier no medical, dental, good roads, or jobs. If they want to come here it's ok. We go thier at least once a year sometimes 4 times. This is insane.
