Video is pretty good. You just need to lower the music volume a bit and fast forward the parts where the seed words are being entered.

Dude you need to verify that upgrade file you downloaded from website. I cannot just trust that firmware file until I verify that it was built by the developer. Pgp signature. why blindly install firmware without verifying who signed that file.

What about keeping tiny bait crypto balance on your devices to know if anyone is even trying to get you? That reminds me I went abroad years ago and actually carried a bait leather wallet! which I purposely left half hanging out of my back pocket....I wanted so badly to grab me a pick pocket and beat them senseless! Sick huh? ...other people in my group got nailed for real but no one ever took my bait ....they got my buddy who kept his wallet in a buttoned front pocket of cargo shorts! Mine I hung off a long neck loop so the it was actually part way down my underwear LOL....gross huh? But NOONE got ME...I guess they all knew I was trolling to catch one as no grabbed the too easy to believe wallet....btw I had dozens of nice people tell me my wallet was hanging out...LOL I just said "yep I know it" they must of all thought I was loco

is that sd backup the same as the seed i wrote down on paper wen i set of the device but just in digital form?
