Instead of filling the dumpster, you should have run an ad, "everything free, come get it". I did that and stuff I thought nobody would want, someone took. When I bought my 20 foot Haulmark V-nose, I always wished I had got the 26' 10k trailer instead. I hope you don't regret getting the 20'. I also wished I had got the electric tongue jack.

It's amazing how you redefine your past business history as being so in depth and careful before jumping into anything new, Even though you obviously jumped into that vacation house that ended up needing to be torn down after your extensive research into it. Your ego also shows every time you put on blast how you became a millionaire instead of just saying that you are successful.. Most people that are truly successful don't feel the need to throw out there that we are millionaires. There really isn't any reason to put that out there other than trying to pump up your ego. It's cool that you are successful but a little bit of humilitary also comes in to play.
