You can customize it as you feel necessary, but I am using the basic concepts of conditional loops which should help beginners understand the concept of "IF Statements" and how to use them in a practical situation.

Hi Neha, I'm a teacher and I'm going to use you as an example of a young leader. Here are the reasons why. Confidence: you exhibit confidence in yourself. You try the coding yourself so you know what you are talking about, and you have made videos for 3 years so your experience builds your confidence further. Creativity: by looking at your videos there is a lot of creativity involved. For example, in one of your earlier book review videos, you climbed into bed and had a sip of hot chocolate before you started your book review. That was funny and helped people to relax. Empathy (ability to identify with or understand another's situation or feelings): when people ask for help in the comments section, you respond and try to do what you can to help them. I better stop here otherwise this will become a whole essay. The other leadership traits you show are: focus, positivity, risk taking and team building.
