How to send proof of payment on our Banking App | Standard Bank

Download proof of payment or send via email or SMS in minutes on the Standard Bank App. Sign in to your app, select the account that was used for the payment, select ‘TRANSACTIONS’, then choose the payment from the list displayed. Why can't I just download the proof of payment so I can attach it to an email? Also, the transaction doesn't show up in my transaction list. Extremely frustrating experience. It makes making a payment a real chore.

You should put a download button on the view you show immediately after successful payment. Why do I need to go look through different menus to try find the proof of payment? This is ridiculously bad UX.

On my app some payments do have that option to download the proof of payment but some don't have that option so what could be the reason for this?

Why not just make downloading proof of payment available once payment goes through? Some paymetns immediately have the three dots to download proof of payment some dont at all! I always have to struggle to get proof of payment, something that should be a click?! You also have to go online to find where bank statements can be found, sometimes have to sign out then sign in again to get proof of payment ahhhh. What a frustrating bank app! Why is it also not possible to download proof of purchase for electricity?

Standard is ignoraning all these valid customer questions purposefully. Im also experiencing the same problem of downloading but I wont even bother to ask
