I think in hindsight people aren't as anti-Trump as they were during his presidency. All of the emotional dislike from his tweets and comments tend to fade and people remember things like a thriving economy, low gas prices and low(er) crime.

How hard is it to convey a message to the people that you support honest hardworking citizens over criminals. This should be bread and butter for any politician but of course Democrats have become captive to certain forces who are anti law enforcement and want softer sentences for crims specifically those of a certain skin type.
