Insta360 App NEW UPDATE: New AI & Easier Editing

The Insta360 App has been updated with a new layout and more AI features which makes it easier to edit your videos quickly.

One of the downsides of using Insta360 cameras is that there's a pretty big learning curve when it comes to editing. The latest Insta360 App update for 2024 seeks to make editing easier.

An updated AI editor allows you to edit your videos with a single push of a button - the AI will automatically find the best parts of your video and create a dynamic shot for you to quickly share.

The video editor has a new tab called "movements" which allows you to quickly add the most popular types of camera movements into your video, meaning you don't have to manually re-frame.

We need all of this in the pc studio software! Not just the app. And if in the app, then all functions, features, edits etc should be possible in landscape. Then maybe we can use a tablet instead of using a small phone screen. Is insta360 listening???

My wish is for the lens chioce icon to flash in the insta360 camera screen when you are only using one lens.

i recorded around 6 hours of footage on holiday only to find it was filming in single lens. the footage is ok but the editor does not allow much tools to work in single lens mode.

a flashing red icon would alert the user to move back to dual lens mode where possible
