Here's an even better one. Get the Telekinesis spell tome, get the Apocrytha secrets of arcana power. Activate that power, use telekinesis on a random item, hold it and open your minimap. Fast travel whilst holding the spell as far away as possible. Try that.

I'm doing this over and over and resetting it using the Legendary option over and over to get perks for other skills. Unlimited perks.

You have to put a skill point on alteration for this to work. When you will step to legendary on alteration and reset your skill points on this school tree, you don’t need to put a point again and it still work 😌 PS5 02/2025

Level enchanting to 100 first, then get 2 pieces of armor, helmet and chest, a necklace and ring. Enchanting with two enchantments, usually destruction and alteration, gets 25% each for 100%, find telekinesis spell tome. Found in redwater den equip and pick up item using it and then fast travel far away...boom 100 alteration

there are 2 skills that can be used that u cast the spell and instant you open the map and teleport and book 1 use of the skill and u maxed
