i bet these "anime" will be shit, simply because american voice actors are really bad, with a few exceptions of course. But still this can be a good thing, if netflix turns their "anime" really popular, there will more people wanting to be voice actors and then, maybe the quality of voice acting will improve because of the competition.

If the intended audience is mainly Japan, than it can be good anime - if you target american viewers just make a new avatar or something, no need to call something produced by and for americans "anime".

I love anime because it's outside of the culture I'm used to, it is bold and not "politically correct" it should stay that way.
