I wasn't very knowledgable with Chaquopy when I did this video, but I did do an interview with its creator Malcolm Smith who did a demo and showed the build configuration for using Chaquopy with matplotlib. Check it out

Thanks for the demo, Chaquopy is a bit tricky at first, but this video is definitely a good aid for those trying to start using it. Well Done!
I'm not using kotlin but Java, however the setup and overall explanation is relevant.
I still don't have it working and I am not sure if the face_recognition library can be used, so I am still experimenting.
Just wanted to comment because I see a lot of people saying it doesn't make sense and I wanted to confirm, that it does. :D

How to use the installed libraries? For example I installed bs4 and requests.

But show error : " Chaquopy license verification failed".

Sir I have a problem in reading file paths using chaquopy which is string type. I get error as OS error File not found.

Python code works well in normal python environment

Is it only way to run python scripts in android studio? I am concerned with downgrade the build gradle version. (I also checked the qhaquopy required low build gradle version although the qhaquopy version is latest)
