Galatians is not the only letter where Paul is defensive--look at 1st Corinthians! Paul was constantly defending himself because many people knew he was a false teacher. Take this example: Peter was a student of Yeshua. NOT PAUL. So, who do you think was actually right in the doctrinal dispute between Peter and Paul recorded in Galatians? Peter would have known Yeshua and his teachings much better than Paul. Additionally, why do we never see Peter's response to Paul? There are also numerous times that Paul goes against the teachings of the Messiah. Paul also directly contradicts God by saying that he could collect pay for teaching (compare 1st Corinthians 9 with Micah 3:11). In that case, I say we defenestrate Paul and his writings. Stop wasting your time with Paul's nonsense.

I fail to draw the connection, respectfully. Paul had long forsaken “Phariseeism” when he turned to Jesus Christ on the road to Damascus. His assertion is that his doctrine that he had preached to the Galatians, as well as his authority as an apostle of Jesus Christ, was not of men, but rather God. In fact, he had not been sent from, or at the beginning, approved by the other apostles of Jesus Christ, though in time they recognized his calling and apostleship. Rather, he had received his calling and message by revelation from Jesus Himself. Note 1:1 “not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father…” To reject the ministry and message of Paul regarding the gospel of the grace of God in favor of the heresy then permeating the thinking of these believers was to be forsaking the gospel of Jesus Christ.
