And yet (if this is accurate) they STILL didn't listen to a PROFESSIONAL driver. Shameful. Given the subsequent injuries sustained AFTER already being warned, sounds to me like a lawsuit IS indeed warranted, unless it's already been settled, & those responsible should have obviously been fired!

That is part of their job. You should be responsible and work to prevent accidents and you shouldn't be so uncreative that you can't make content that's safer. But that's part of car racing. Travis Pastrona killed his best friend as a kid when he bought a sports car on the road and he still does his crap. Nothing Evil Knievel did was safe. Stunt drivers used to die making old movies. The viewers keep giving their fat idiot kids a new car every time they wreck. It's legal for women to drive. You're a hypocrite if you end a show after one accident, and have it legal for Women to drive. You have to check the statistic on that to show people where the real danger is.
