Paypal Chargeback Dispute... What can you do as a seller?

Today I helped a friend with a Paypal Chargeback Dispute and how he is dealing with a buyer that did a return after 4 months!... I thought this was a good way to share how he is disputing the buyer on his claim... What ways have you used to dispute these Paypal Chargebacks?
