You talk about the opportunity costs of paying cash which is something many, many people don't understand. The leverage that RE gives you is substantial and the compounding of the purchase price relative to the down payment is typically insane. Often super insane :-) You are rocking it, appreciate the Video. Love the video, my old boss once told me, if you are smart take advantage of the finance because there are much better things you can do with your cash than paying off things. He owns multiple homes and businesses. He said the only way you would pay off is because you have way more money than you need and you are getting a deal of your lifetime. Otherwise, finance it and use the cash for more investment opportunities.
