How capable we are in dealing with the e-motions has A LOT to do with the state of our physical body... the fast food, processed crap we put in our bodies is damaging our nerves, our organs, our brains, (and on and on)... all the things we need to process. It's not just a mental-emotional thing, it's a physical thing as well. Having a body that is not properly nourished, lacks magnesium, potassium, salt, B-vitamins... constantly eating crap food that comes from depleted soil or a drive through window... having a body that does not move-exercise all these things contribute to poor sleep, bottled stress, lack of coping skills, lowered immune system, (and on and on)... I believe in the emotional, oh yes I most certainly do, but if you do not treat the vessel, in which these emotions reside, with proper nourishment and daily movement, you can kiss your ability to deal with the e-motions good-bye! Clear your physical body of the garbage you put into it and learn to move, and then you'll be better able to clear the emotional garbage with greater ease. The Universe likes to see action. Take care of you!

I get it, but I am no longer living in the past nor worrying about the future anymore, but yet i.m unhappy with the circumstances of my life, and I'm VERY VERY ANGRY! I used to wish I waa dead every single morning afternoon and evening of my life. I do not wish I was dead anymore. I'm wondering if the anger is a replacement for the suicidal powelerssness feelings that I felt for 20 years of my life?.. How can I make peace, and how can I change my life!
