Patient-reported outcomes (PROs) are an increasingly important component of healthcare-related activities and corresponding quality measures, but they are not without challenges. Join CMS for this MMS Information Session to learn about recent work undertaken by the National Quality Forum related to best practices for selecting and using PROs in clinical settings. Afterward, Battelle staff will cover patient-reported outcome performance measures (PRO-PMs) and the unique considerations and challenges associated with their use in CMS quality programs, citing real-world lessons learned and guidance from the Blueprint.
