Are people aware of how much NR influences ranking? If all players who want a decent PVP rank crossed the minimum at all 9 alts (no high level needed) to enter NR, they would allow the brackets to be much wider (max x10).
Basically, low level alts would take the bottom 90% of the ranking list and thus push all the main characters on the server in the first few brackets.

Dear Horde: it was nice questing and leveling beside you. Teaming up against epic enemies, or saving eachother from npcs about to finish you up was nice. Every single one of you are kill-on-sight now.

Sooo, Rogue’s PvP set is basically going full T1 for 10 extra engage energy and more+better vanishes (and a few crit/hit% here and there, which notably serves you your PvP hit cap on a silver plate).

So aside from the PvP trinket and the rank 14 weapons, if you want better gear for PvP, best thing you can bet on is PvEing more.

5:05 "Short battlegrounds like WSG" Only if they add the time limit, I can remember logging out of WSG's and coming back to the same game hours later.

The ranking system reminds me alot of Star Wars Galaxies.
There you would also earn points during the week and then every Thursday there was a reset day, if you had not gotten enough points you would get a rank down, at a certain point level you would just keep the rank you had, and at another point level you could get a rank up.
Now in SWG npc kills would count, and destroying rebel/imperial bases would also give points, so that way it is different, only rebel and imperial npc's would count, since you couldnt attack neutral npc's.
Also there was no limit on how many could hold any rank.
