Mamiya RZ67 Pro II in detail explanation video series.

Because the comments I got on the video with no voice and no audio of this camera. I decided to make a whole series as detail as I can of the RZ67 Pro II. I separated the videos in clips of each section I cover, tried to be as organized as I can. Hope someone finds it useful.

Hi Julio, just bought RZ Pro II and I spent all day watching your videos. Great job, dude! I cannot thank you enough! Does the winder work without any problems with the mirror lock up feature?

Hi please, when if he does long exposure like 2, 4 minutes if he has to do using the two procedures Time Exposure and
Mirror-up Operation, if it can use both of them together, but as if it does what the sequence is, thanks for post this great videos tutorial of RZ67, the procedures for RZ67 and RZ67 ProII is the same.?

nice video, just think of that socket as having an "ARM" & "fire" function - arm mirror lock-up then "fire" the shutter last, then "dis-arm" to go to normal mode.

Hey I had trouble with my rb67 that I think has something to do with the mirror. I can't see the image I want to take through the view finder. When I look through all I can see is a reflection of my face and not the picture I'm trying to take. I really don't know what the problem and I tried everything. If you could help that'd be amazing.

Hello Julio, I was wondering if you could kindly help me with an issue I've been having with my RZ67 Pro II.

When I press the shutter on the camera body, the mirror flips up but the shutter does not fire. During this time I am unable to re-cock the lever to advance to the next frame. After 55 seconds, a beep sounds for about 5 seconds and the shutter finally closes. Finally I am able to cock the lever to advance, but when I fire again, the same process happens where the shutter does not fire and I must wait for the beep.

I have checked that the cable release port on the lens is not in Mirror Lock Up mode. I have also cleaned the electrical contacts and swapped for a fresh battery. I have tried shooting in Manual mode, and that works fine. I have also detached the film back to see if the issue is there but the problem persists even with the back detached. I have also tried swapping the AE prism finder for the waist level finder, but the issue persists. At this point I am quite sure the problem is with the lens but unfortunately I don't have a second lens to be sure.

Another issue that might be related is that when I try to use a cable release screwed into the lens, the shutter does not fire.

Do you have any idea what it may be? Thank you in advance!

Hello, can you do this on B-mode over 1min long exposure? I'm looking into investing in one. Hope all is well.
