this is EXACTLY what I've been wanting to do; however, I have TWO parameters. How can I create a prefill link for both so that when I pass the cell value it populates both fields in the Google Form?

can i get the prefill link of a file upload question? because when i wanted to upload a file it just say select a file less than 0mb then when i upload a 0mb file and copy the link the link for the file upload qustion just isnt there

What about a search feature of a site that is not google? Can that be pre filled?

Help. As soon as I add a function (CONCAT) the link is no-longer a link and I cannot reset it to be a link (unless I remove the function.)

I work for a foodbank. We currently use Google Forms to record all our client contacts which drop into a Google Sheet. When we get a new request we open the spreadsheet where we have a separate worksheet with a search function which returns specific fields from clients with the same surname so that we can see if they have contacted us before. What I’d like to do to reduce typing and errors is to prefill our standard form with the fields such as name, address, etc. and then open this form to continue adding or correcting information as we talk to the client. Would this method be suitable or can you think of something better please? Thank you, Gill
