“Anybody hear my voice?”

A rescue team in Turkey calls for any survivors under the rubble of a collapsed building.

The devastating earthquakes that struck Turkey and Syria on Monday affected at least 23 million people, levelling hundreds of buildings. Many remain trapped under rubble as what's considered the critical 72-hour window to rescue them ended early Thursday morning.

It's too late, too late! There's no one there, no one breathing any more! May Allah grant them nothing short of Jannah.

O Allah, forgive (all the departed souls in Turkey) and elevate his station among those who are guided. Send him along the path of those who came before, and forgive us and him, O Lord of the worlds. Enlarge for him his grave and shed light upon him in it.Muslim 2:634
