I've never been so hype watching an FEA due to that music haha. Good work. One thing I'll mention is that the deformation values aren't relevant so maybe you should clarify that since it seems like there's some confusion. The important information is really the mode frequencies and the modal shapes.

should we add real bearing or it is okay to add cylinder with hole as a bearing?

I want to analyze torsional vibrations on a shaft similar to this. The shaft is positioned vertically and it has 3 fixed supports. Two on each end and one in the middle of it. How should I do the simulation so that I get realistic results ?

Is the frequency a natural frequency? Or just random frequency with deformation occur during that particular frequency

Why the m^2? I don't understand vibrational analysis or power spectral density at all but should it have been divided by the frequency? It does say "M^2/Hz". I am getting very high stresses on my analysis so something is wrong.

Are the displacements given in modal real? They always are huge

what was the stresse you extract? I mean it was because of natural resonance or rotation :??

could you share the crankshaft CAD drawing please

Great video! Can you please explain what does the 117, 45 m (max directional deformation) actially means? the cam shaft is way smaller, and I also made an analysis with similar results but I dont know what would be the acceptable limit. Thanks.

please consider other audio and or music options !!!

How can you be sure, that displacements are these values? If you're doing MODAL analysis, there is NO FORCE. These values of displacement aren't real values, they're just normalized values. I really don't know dimensions of shaft, but you really believe, that deformation (10:29) can be 117 meters? ;)

Video is excellent.I have one doubt.why you took m^2 ?

Hello sir.. i have a doubt. If we are intensionally giving vibration then is that compulsory need of vibration analysis ?

how can we explain so high values of Von Mises Equiv stress..? I sould explain it to my manager :/

Thank you for showing how to do simulation. but Analysis of whatever results you got is the most important step in engineering. So, please try to explain what is the significance of the results you are getting. Thanks

Random vibration maybe also compatible with displace x=0 y=0 z=0, does anyone know that ?

what's the BGM?!!! I couldn't focus on the tutorial to be honest haha. but it is a good video

How does it displace a half of a meter? That is insane
