For anyone confused the Harbinger better known as the Death Angle used to be an admin only Entity but as of the newest update he now has a very rare chance of spawning in the new ENDLESS mode (so don't worry about him ruining your normal runs). Upon his arrival he will make all the lights turn red and cause nearby lockers and drawers to open and close for about 10 secs. His minigame is infinite and is stated by devs to be "impossible" which is the reason Sabastian gives a free revive :D

If they were to make it an actual enemy, it should be like a slower Angler that you HAVE TO hide out of sight. It couldn't spawn in certain rooms like the river rooms.

So for what I’ve heard the death angel only spawns in endless since in main game it would be annoying to deal with him randomly spawning when you’re trying to do a badge so it makes sense. Just play endless for a chance to encounter the death angel.

I’m happy Death Angel can be spawned by normal means but I’m confused why, he’s just there to kill you and reset your data which heavily ruins the 10k badge sometimes

As of The Hunted update in Pressure, if you go to the back entrance of the Hadal Blacksite on endless and go behind the cargo crate, there'll be a little shrine, and if you activate it, it'll say "Doom Is Approaching" and you'll summon "Him". I wonder if that makes the Harbinger more common to spawn?
