Hi! A question was asking to find the equation of a plane after it had been transformed by a matrix. It was originally in the form r = ... + λ(...) + µ(...). My first thought was to find the normal by doing (λ x µ) and then apply the matrix to the normal to find the transformed normal, however I got the wrong answer doing that and the book transforms the two direction vectors first and then finds the normal from those. I am not sure why it has to be done this way? Thanks and also love the videos
