@gyogyszer where do you get your confidence? :))) sorry to say so you are wrong. If you go to the website you will learn that this recipe is a copy of Daubner Cukrazda's recipe. They are only 100 years old. Pogacsa is not a concrete food it is a style of snack. As such it is constantly evolving, you can find 1000ds of pogacsa recipes. Each family has it's own recipe. What you mean is one of my favorite ones called "Toportyus pogacsa". Please check the facts before you post. Thanks and Cheers! ;)

I wouldn't translate pogacsa to biscuit, it's more similar to scones.

@hyperiongate maybe you forgot the rest of the ingredients? does not taste like salt. maybe instead of telling it is horrible you can try to analyze what went wrong? I made these plenty of times for hundreds of people. nobody told me that they taste like salt! the difference between wrestling and cooking is that this is not only powers but needs brainz and maturity.
