I love how most of the clips in the 1st half were of steam as steam locomotives look great at speed. It's like what O. Winston Link once said. "A diesel can be standing still and still look like it's going fast where the steam engine is making smoke and steam and the connecting rods are flying"

oh god seeing 576 man christ its making me cry, I loved that train growing up in nashville and is probably the reason why I still love trains as much as I do now. So glad its being restored.

I absolutely LOVE how good the music goes with the trains. EVERYTHING about this is just… beautiful… I can’t say anything less. I actually could watch this for hours, if the music wouldn’t get annoying after 30 minutes and if my looping thing actually WORKED!

As a canadian I can approve that VIA rail train in this video. One time I was riding on a GO train looking out the window, and that thing flashed by so fast before i could even count the coaches, or identify the locomotive. So yeah, VIA Rail is speed
