My cajun seasoning was hot cajun spice mix. You can add chili flakes or any other hot spice you like.

ingredients:
salmon
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cajun seasoning (hot)
1 tsp thyme
black pepper
olive oil

1 tbsp oil for frying

Looks great--love spicy! Going to try this with some plant-based "fish" as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the mercury, lead, PCBs, DDT and parasites in fish. Thanks for sharing
