There's actually a fellow in the tree over by that Tora-Jiro. And they tie into the Doman Enclave quest line. The fellow in the tree has a text bubble that will pop up, complaining that he was attempting to help the cat, but that now *he's* the one who needs help. The quest line mentions that there has been little difficulty in the tasks of the citizen's watch - except for a stubborn missing cat case.

Probably doesn't count towards this video as they are not candy, but the other day while wandering between a couple buildings in the area north(?) of the forge, there were two Namazu that pop out of some pots and say things like "We're not really here, you didn't see us" or something like that. I chuckled.
