Thnak you so much Mam! Life is changed after following ur channel. I am PCOS patient and i was trying to conceive 2nd pregnancy but dr suggested me to lose weight. After that i have started following ur zumba steps and within 15 days I have reduced 2 kg weight. My weights was 81.2 kg and now its 78.8 kg but its not enough. I have to lose 10 more kg weight

Thanks maam for this workout.. I am joining today only since 2022 I followed your workout but because I am having hyperthyroid so sometimes I gain my weight and sometimes I loss my weight but I am trying hard this time to control my thyroid by fill your videos 😍

Yehh drop my weight 74.80kg to 72.75 kg..with calorie deficit and 10000 steps walk..your exercise is play very important roll..for my weight loss..also reduce my tummy inches.i am big fan of uhh...Ma'm thanku so much❤
