Lettering is such an underrated or forgotten art form. This is excellent!!! I'm giving this ONE MILLION out of ten.

Drafting was always one of my favorite classes back in high school...a little over fifteen years. Later, in my mid 20s, I heard it wasn't offered in most county's here in Southern California. Some county's saw it more as a college course.

Big shout out to LAUSD...South Gate, California...thank you for all your good intentions. I was privileged and now feel thankful. I learned how to do on-point circles with no guidelines, right angles, vanishing points... good God.

I don't know what "satisfying" means in this context, so I can't rate this on a 1 - 10 scale. I liked the video. I had a number of thoughts watching the video:
* What kind of planning and design went on before he began the project? Were there studies and sketches?
* How much study of the letter forms would be required before successfully addressing a project like this?
* How would you erase your pencil guidelines when the project itself is pencil, or do you just leave them?
* It looks like he's using a 0.5 mm lead mechanical pencil, as I do. I hate having to sharpen a wooden pencil every 10 seconds to keep a precise line.
* I need proper glasses so I can see my work properly and know where the line will go when I use a template.
