The Hex Peak V4 is a very good tent and similar to the one Chris has got plus if you put the Chinese 4 season inner in with the T zips you get even more space and save weight instead of using the original Hex Peak inner. For the money its a fantastic pyramid tent and super stable although you do have to seem seal it . Great video as always Tony 👍

Backpacking food is such an individual thing eh!
I remember Hamish Brown writing about using small tins of meat/fish with dried potatoes/rice/pasta, and that has worked well for me too. Some small pieces of salami or chorizo kept in foil can last a very long time if you like that. Soup mix makes a nice rich sauce over pasta or potatoes. I reckon that whole conversation could have been about the backpacker's kitchen! 😃

Thanks Tony and Chris! I know what Chris means when he says he's 'never forgiven' Berghaus since they stopped making his (Infinity Lite?) insulated jacket. Why do gear manufacturers do this? Rab have stopped making their great Cocona blend baselayers as well as their 140 weight merino/synthetic blend baselayers, my favourite rucksack was discontinued years ago. I wish I'd bought multiples of each of those.
