In our opinion the 3 most effective way to find landlords for rent to rent are:

Word of mouth - You should be telling everyone what it is you do. You will be surprised at how many landlords you will find. Many people know landlords and you need to become the go to guy your service. Posting everyday on social media platforms about what you do on your profiles and in groups that landlords and property investors are in will be a great way to find landlords.

Direct to landlord letters - sending direct to vendor letters is by far one of the best ways to find landlords. We have sent hundreds of letters in the past and it has really helped us find landlords.

Online - searching through the internet is also a great way to find landlord for rent to rent. Websites like spareroom, gumtree, openrent, upad etc are websites where you can direct message the landlord.

Great advice, needed to hear that...
Just getting started in property.. started working in a letting agency in December.. Looking at going into doing HMOs, R2R, Property Sourcing, etc, and thought no-point putting stuff on social media til your actually doing it, cause you look like a tit, but I rate what you said, shouldn't care about what people think about that sort of thing...
