I bought the LED helmet for hair growth over a year ago and used it religiously. I honestly couldn't tell the difference and spent only swice the price for a permanent hair transplant. I'm highly skeptical about any light therapy products, especially when I've been fooled into spending over $1000 for a few bulbs.

I’m so glad I found your videos because I’ve always had a peaches and cream complexion and natural rosy cheeks but one day I turned 36 and noticed my forehead looked as wrinkly as my dads 😂 and now I wash my face twice a day with a gentle cleanser and moisturize even when I don’t wear makeup..plus I’ve slowly introduced my face to retinol serum and glycolic acid (which reminds me to wear sunscreen everyday now) It’s made a difference already ❤ I also slug a lot with Vaseline after skincare because I was born with the gift of eczema 😅

Dr. Idriss, please review the Lumara LED face mask. My 30 day satisfactory guarantee started 4 days ago. I really think I found a legit at-home, clinical-grade LED face mask. It's more pricey ($599) than the ones you constantly see advertised on social media, but I think it's a fair price when you consider that it has 4x-6x the amount of light bulbs (470 blubs at 660 nanometer) in comparison to other popular highly advertised LED mask. There are 3 levels of intensity. Level 3 is super bright. I read that there's no infared light so it's good for the eyes too.

I spent my Christmas bonus on the current body face mask. Idk if I made a mistake though. I struggle with PIH and I saw some videos about it being helpful bit my PIH isn't that bad and the mask was almost $500 😅 purchase has been made though so I'm hoping it was worth it

What about the omnilux mini? The company also doesnt recommend you to use it without their paired patches. The mini looks like a good affordable option like the solawave. But the patches seems like a gimmick to make u spend more. Or is it as useless as the solawave?

Hard no on that freaking overly hyped wand, bought one and it was returned within a week.
My daughter did all the research for Qure full face masks for us with multiple and combination light colors for different treatments and I can honestly say it’s very effective for an at home device.
Like everything we do-consistency is key. It’s lightened 2 patches on my face I’d planned to do IPL on, they’re barely noticeable anymore, can’t see at all with a tiny bit of concealer.
There’s so many masks to choose from and the prices have dropped significantly.
