I'm so happy that she's finally being honest about her struggles. Much more enjoyable to watch when she's happy and real! I hope that she continues to be a positive role model for others who are struggling!

I am so proud of Meredith. Honestly, I stopped watching you for a while because the time my ed developed was around the time I noticed you becoming super small and it triggered me a lot. This is the first time I've come back since then and honestly it fills my heart to see you like this.

You look so fresh-faced without the false lashes. I love them on you but you are just glowing with the natural look!

So much of society believes the purpose of exercise is to be attractive. I'll say to someone "I need to work out" and they'll respond "no you're so skinny!". It can be very annoying. I want to work out for health benefits, to feel good, and to be in shape! Not for the purpose of being skinny and attractive!

PREACH about the triggers. I’m ED recovering and I’m with you 100%. Triggering situations are EVERYWHERE

I'm a personal trainer and I COMPLETELY agree with you. Too many trainers share this toxic mindset so thank you for bringing that up!!

I was a little reluctant to watch you in the past because I was so triggered (not your fault at all) but I always checked up to see how you were doing. Your Instagram post made me so happy, I’m so proud of you Mere. We in this together💘

So inspiring to see you in recovery, you seem so much happier and full of love. I’ve also suffered from an ED in the past and it’s awesome to see others make it to recovery and regain true happiness and health

MERE IS BACK AND MERE IS GLWOING!!!!
Can’t express how much love I have for this video.
This video is immensely educating AND entertaining!
I love how she does not directly addresses that she struggled with her health (which she totally can if she wants to but she shouldn’t feel pressured to do so because I think we accept and love her either way, always have always will) but she MOVES FORWARD and educates herself AND her audience!
I know that she is most definitely not such a bubbly and smiling merebere as shown in this video all the time (none of us are, that’s just reality and it’s okay) but she is GLOWING and the glow doesn’t fade when you’re sad and it glows even more when you’re happy and did you see Man she is glowing!!
I’m so incredibly happy for mere and she really seems to get better! I’m totally here to get more educational content or even whatever other content she would like to continue to do on her channel.

To whoever is reading this:
You are beautiful, you are strong, you are one of a kind! Let yourself heal, grow and GLOW because you deserve to be the best version of yourself!!!
Be kind to yourself and others!

I'm so proud of you and the message you leave us here, I suffered an Ed too (I still kinda do) and I really get when you said that people say things that could trigger you. Everyone is perfect, our body is our temple, we have to love it and protect it💞 isn't a short or a happy road all the time but it worth it🙌🏻

This video made me cry. I feel so dumb and emotional but this was exactly what I needed. Please continue to be raw about your Ed journey. I wish you the best

You should look at Rebecca Leungs videos! She’s also recovering from an eating disorder and although I personally don’t or have never had an eating disorder it’s just amazing to see someone so actively trying to better themselves and always be so positive, even though she didn’t always 100% positive she has a great support system who’s there to keep her in check and give her a boost when she needs it, and I just think you should check her out
