Ashamed to bring marches to the field? Dude most of the players are not spenders and bring what they can to the field. It's good enough that they are on the field and contributing/fighting.

Chis, when XY stacks all dmg from his 4th skill, remember that it includes normal att dmg and therefore counterattack dmg... Paired with Nevsky's 40% def+health stats and a bit of anti swarm is actually quite tanky.
It will only seem squishy because its over focused, but not because of actually being squishy.

As a cav player, for me its 100% worth the gamble to bring him on the field, sometimes it hurts, but most of the time is just slaying everything, cause also need to consider that everyday there are more XYs on the field, which reduces the chance of your own being the one getting focused first.

Chisgule please make content about all source all group of commanders like: which commandors have instant skill damage, which commandors do skill damage, which Just normal damage, which heals (good target for Gilgamesh) which Commander do damage over the Time. There is over 70+ commandors now? It will be nice See them put in groups

So, as a mid to low spender and someone who didn't have access to all of the gold heads to max the commanders when I came into SoC, I decided to do my own 5 march with the good commanders I have left over form season 1-3. Right now I have Richard/Joan, Saladin/Mina, 5511 XY/5551 Nevsky (working on max), 5115 Guan/alex, Ethael/YSG. I feel like is a fine starting point, my eventual goal with everything maxed is XY/Saladin (get some tankiness behind the xy), Mina/Nevsky, Nebu/YSG, Trajan/Mulan (Ethel in the meantime), Guan/Alex. For me that's a good middle ground and something I see as attainable since I'm still using quite a lot of the kvk 2/3 commanders that I already have expertised and won't need a trillion more gold heads haha.

XY loses march speed(10%) from his 4th skill so getting away from battle isn't so easy, especially since it stacks up to 6 times. He's still a threat though with all the damage he does.

Had all the infantry & Cavalry info focused !, but youre archer info opened my eyes chisgule, goin to work on cyrus & pair him with Rammesses, then have as back up = Nebu with YSG for AOE. + ive already invested in Artemesia / Tomyris, makes a good 3rd archer pair maybe for canyon, if the opponent is Mostly infantry 👌😁

I just used my Xy and nevski in our kvk and man… no march stands a chance against them because after one skill cycle the opposing march is so much less effective (when nevski uses active skill he has a 70 percent skill damage bonus that just obliterates everything)

Pakal-harald is imo one of the strongest infantry marches no matter what people think every single time I take them out and they get swarmed the amount of damage they make it's ridiculous and trust me sooner or later they will get swarmed.

Art and Tom is a lot tankier than most archer marches just mentioning it. Cyrus will pop way sooner. Tom just brings support for the team when others don’t usually use her. I use for that reason but may use amani instead soon.

I disagree regarding Attila Takeda. While what you said was technically correct, what you didn't mention and is why I still think they are vital in my murderball. Sev wounds. While others might clear the target quicker ATK are going to load up their hospital, that's going to cost them rss and speedups, might even give them some dead troops. That's all going to make it harder for the enemy to fight.

So the 5 best marches contain Nevsky twice. I would have imagined you give best 5 marches to bring on the field, so you cannot double up Nevsky, imo.
