Gardiner Brothers CLRG Irish Treble Reel Challenge winners!

5x World Champion Irish Dancers, Michael and Matthew teamed up with the Irish Dancing Commission (CLRG) to host a nation wide competition for all Irish Dancers during the first lockdown of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The challenge was to upload a video of yourself dancing to 16 basr (roughly 20 seconds) of Irish music, and the top dancers would be chosen for a collaberation with the Gardiner Brothers.

After an amazing competition with nearly 500 entries, the 15 winners featuring in this video are:

It was an absolute honour of ours to have judged this competition and to have worked with these amazingly talented dancers. It was an absolutely outstanding showcase of the talent Ireland has to offer and also great promotion for the culture itself! I think everybody enjoyed watching each entry come through, especially during such a quiet time for the world of Irish dancing. It is safe to say that it was a massive challenge for us to select only 15 dancers from nearly 500 entries, but an amazing experience.
