I am 25 years old and have been a dolphins fan thanks to my dad my entire life. I have always been loyal and committed to this franchise from our countless losing seasons, the 1-15 year, to the glimpses of light and hope I saw with Flores. Yesterday was the first day as a fan I felt completely betrayed by this organization. 18 different quarterbacks, 10 different coaches, and finally when I feel like the team is in the right direction one of the biggest let downs possible occurs. I wish Flores best of luck, I know he will be a success in this league.

“Another winning season, we can’t have that!”-Miami Dolphins

Jim Caldwell got fired the same way, Detroit hasnt been to playoffs since.

Maybe Flores being gone from Miami is best for him. If he didn't get along with the GM, he might be able to land somewhere where he and the front office are consistently on the same page. It's a risk because he isn't guaranteed another HC job, but the Dolphins might be headed in the wrong direction, and he "left" at the right time.

3:10 The problem is Flores how only did a 160 degree turnaround not a 180 degree turnaround. Salient point Keyshawn

This a blessing in disguise for Brian Flores

Yeah him being 4 -2 vs Patriots should have given him some kind of leverage

Good luck to you B Flores
You'll be scooped up soon I am sure

There’s a reason miami only went to the playoffs once since 2009…… cause of Stephen Ross

Look at the record compiled by Ross/Grier prior to Flores. He had more winning seasons in three years that the Phins have had in the last decade. He was OBVIOUSLY fired for non-football reasons.

I pray this is like the Warriors situation where they replaced Jackson with Kerr cause right now I’m pissed we fired Flores.

You want to talk about lack of progress in OLines? Let's take a look at Miami's OL rankings according to PFF...
2021 OLine Ranking: 32
2020 OLine Ranking: 28
2019 OLine Ranking: 32
2018 OLine Ranking: 31
2017 OLine Ranking: 29
2016 OLine Ranking: 30
2015 OLine Ranking: 31
2014 OLine Ranking: 32
2013 OLine Ranking: 21 (Yep, still in the bottom half!)
2012 OLine Ranking: 23
2011 OLine Ranking: 22
2010 OLine Ranking: 8

AND they get rid of Flores because he and Grier were butting heads. Based on the history of our past DECADE of crappy OL and QB performance, there might be a reason Grier's vision isn't working. If you keep doing what you've always done, you'll always get what you always got. Ross fired the wrong guy, Flores did a great job turning that locker room around, too bad he couldn't do the same for the front office.

They do a 160 turn around, because they're the Dolphins. They almost turned it around but not quite.

He's going to land somewhere else as a head coach. Without a doubt.

If the Vikings are smart, they should hire Flores as their next head coach in addition to bringing in Watson. Cousins has one year left on his current contract to which they could trade him. The Vikings have the pieces to contend in their division and go deep in the playoffs. They just need a different quarterback at the helm.

I'm just gonna say it...coaching while black is a super hard gig. Flores is gonna be okay. My bro is a life-long Miami fan and he just can't understand the logic of firing him 🤷🏽‍♀.

This makes no sense… Does the owner not understand how a rebuild works?? The team was just starting to reach its’ potential & now he pulls the rug out from under them?? We could all see it click when they almost went undefeated in the 2nd half of the season! Ross said he believes in Tua, then why make him & the whole team start from square 1? It’s beyond all logic.

One of the reasons Pat's have been so successful is because Robert Kraft lets the football people (BB) handle the football stuff.
