I'm 61 and use The Ordinary's Argirline and Matrixyl together in the daytime with my Vitamin C and at nighttime with The Ordinary's Retinol 1% in Squalane for the past six weeks and saw a decrease in depth of my fine lines and "crinkles" as well as my skin looking generally amazing! I think this might be an age thing because my friends and I all use the same combo, we're all in the 50-60 age bracket and they've noticed the same improvements. I feel if you're under 45, you honestly won't see much of a difference. Consistency is key and as an aesthetician, you need to give the products at least 6 weeks but up to 8 weeks to see a difference when trying new products.

Abbey, would you do a video on hair styling tools? With some recommendations for all-in-one styling tools for people who never use styling tools but want to have something on hand as a versatile alternative to air drying

I've been using the Argireline serum + Matrixyl for the last 3-4 months and I really do see a difference. I'm also on tretinoin 0.025% (last 6 months) BUT I am also almost 47 years old, lol!!! Maybe your having been a tretinoin user for a very long time combined with being much younger could explain why you didn't see a difference. As always, love your empties videos!

I LOVE the Argirline serum but I do think it takes a couple of months of consistent use to really see any results. I’ll have to try it with the other one you mentioned. I do also use Curology (tretinoin .035%) but I do feel like the Argirline helps also!

For the argirline and matrixil serums, I think you should still release the video you made so there's different experiences about this combination. I think it's important to not only have access to positive experiences when considering purchasing those 2 serums.

You said you have detangling sprays you prefer more than the Kristen Ess. Can you do an update on those? Looking for a good drugstore spray!

Please talk about using The Ordinary hyaluronic acid directly on hair…seen people say it is life changing….but I really like how how review hair products…thanks!

I have also heard that the Argireline takes time... I have heard that after some time, when people aren't sure it is working, and then they stop using it, THEN they see what
If you have BOTOX, then you have NO use for the Argireline, because what it does is, with cumulative effect, is mute (but not paralyze) those fine muscles that are actually running thru the skin. You can tell this especially in the (elevens) between the brows... it actually makes it harder to try to use those muscles and 'knit' your brows! Crows feet can be improved.... but the bigger and deeper dynamic expression lines from bigger deeper facial muscles will not see as much improvement.

Never thought I’d spend over $10 on a dry shampoo. But you convinced me! I used the Advanced Clean dry shampoo from Living Proof and I dont think I can go back now😭

Coconut and vanilla are my faves too, so I'm definitely going to try that body wash, thanks Abbey!

Hi Abbey! I'm a brand new subscriber and I'm currently binge watching every single video (when I should be working, hehe) and I feel like I already trust you with my life! So, I have a question. My hair looks very similar to yours (I've never colored my whole head, I get mainly bleached foils) and my natural hair is quite ashy and thick. I use a lot of the products you suggest, but my question is - can you suggest a routine for swapping shampoo and conditioners? For example, how often do you use a clarifying shampoo, a protein based shampoo, blonde, etc? Theres are SO MANY great option these days and I tend to stick with one at a time. I want to avoid build up and protein breakage. Thank you so much!!

I totally will never buy a hair shampoo & conditioner in the Liter size as well. I got them (Biolage) for a great price during a sale at Ulta. BUT it’s such a commitment and I get bored with hair washing products. I’m sticking to smaller bottles even if it’s more cost effective to get the largest ones.

Use the LaRoche Posay sunscreen and agree not waterproof. If it gets in my eyes it stings. Discovered using on a damp face that it quickly emulsifies with water (rather than repelling!) and the resulting combo doesn't stay in place. On a dry face it is absorbed easily and seems to work. Wouldn't count on it if I were going to be sweaty though. Love Olaplex #5 and just ordered #3. Thank you so much for the great shampoo/conditioner videos. So helpful!!!
