ZMR250V2 ARF from FPVModel.com (part 2)

The build of the ZMR250 V2 is all but done and with the new V1.2 PDB things went a lot smoother.

All that now remains is to fly the snot out of this little quad and see how it performs and holds up to punishment. That's coming in Part 3.

I like your idea of adding 4 mm spacers under pdb and using longer bolts. that would strengthen the frame even more than it is.
I'm sure someone will have a kit for that soon.

I powered my FC with the 5v and GND next to the BEC. Next, I cut some prop adapters to 4mm and used them as spacers between the PDB and ground plate and used longer screws for the aluminum bars so they are connected to the ground plate.

Also, that alternative positive pad for the front escs are specifically for use if your camera sits far enough back to interfere with the front pads. It is a direct copy of the Overcraft batch two board. He added those alt + pads when people complained about camera placement.

Hey Bruce. The "-" wires for the front ESCs are not touching the camera mount. The two unused "+" solderpads are there exactly to avoid contact with the camera mount, but you can still use the front "-" pads.

Hey Bruce a friend has this with this PD board. The CF camera mount rubs on the trace to the led and shorts it. very common on the threads out there. Cut the corners of the camera mount and all good.

Good catch on that arm "seam" (pt 1). I just broke an arm right before the motor and it looks as though it delaminated right in the middle. Can't help but to think the milling inside at the end by the motor mount weakened it too.
