The shit you have to pull off that has weight in the universe, that Thanos knows you by name, your smarts, and curse.. Shows a lot to who the hell Tony is in the MCU

The little nod Thanos does when he says "I do" just adds a certain kind of flair to his response. It's a small thing but I feel it elevates the moment.

This scene is great because 0:08 helps you imagine marrying Thanos :-)

I love this scene. It shows us that:
- Tony Stark is such a big deal, that the biggest Warlord from Space knows him.
- Thanos is wise and intelligent enough to seek intel on his potential enemies and rivals, to the point he knows Tony Stark - by name.
- They're both cursed by knowledge, which has driven them to behave in ways considered abnormal by their peers
- Thanos is literally Stark's nightmare, and all of Stark's actions since the first Avengers have led to this.

Its also shows how brilliantly the MCU has reversed Thanos' journey as a villain. Thanos started in comics as an Iron Man villain and finished as a Marvel Universe villain. MCU Thanos started as a general MCU villain, and finished as Iron Man's villain. And in the end, it all comes down to Thanos vs Tony Stark, for the fate of the universe.

This scene always makes me laugh to myself a bit because of stark seeming flustered and having such a weak comeback, I swear he seems like a tsundere in this scene.

Infinity war was peak man. Lines were clever, villains were nuanced and great, the danger was real, we felt emotion, the score is incredible, it feels as though everything is coming to a head. Just what a great movie. Should have let the mcu rest after endgame
