The most thrilling part, to me, was the piece about Clouded Leopards. I love them; they are the most beautiful as well as the most elusive of the big cats. I only hope that someday I get to see how they rear their cubs. They must be the cutest kittens ever!

An interesting fact about wolves, when the pack is on the move, seniors travel ahead, young in the middle and prime on the back. This way, seniors or young once, do not fall behind, by being slower. They also take care of their seniors, cuz at some time, they took care of the pack, when they were in their prime. Such a strong family bond. Very intelligent and misunderstood animals.

I'm not the least surprised that animals are overlooked as having more intelligence than once thought. I have severe PTSD and i can tell you my dogs all know when i'm frozen in fear but i never knew that a cat could understand when a person becomes fearful but my cat will ŵake me up whenever i'm having fear dreams. She literally paws my face very gently and occasionally will start locking me aggressively until I wake up enough to realize that it's just a dream. That's when she head butts me and let's the dogs take over calming me. It's not just a one off but EVERY time and it's the same way everytime. At first I was shocked but as time went by it happened more often then every time the dream happened. Animals are WAY more intelligent than we give them credit for. None of my animals were ever trained for when I am triggered or dreaming but they respond with overwhelming pushiness to get me out of the trigger or dreaming moments. I can honestly say my bully breed is the one who seems more attuned to the trigger before I even know it.
