Toronto Greektown Apartment Tour: $1600 Rental?!

Let's take a tour of my Toronto apartment. I live in Greektown, one of the best neighborhoods in the city! But you pay for it. Toronto rent prices are insane. It's a tiny apartment, but this is what you get if you want to live in a nice neighborhood.

For the non-locals, Hydro is our weird word for electricity since most of it is generated by Hydroelectric dams in Ontario Canada.

Good to see you two like your apartment and it's location, but you two truly deserve much more for the money spent...and a bigger place together for that $1600. In the future, if you two do move, good luck in finding a bigger, better place that is befitting you and your girlfriend's hard work.

Looks like you might be over watering the Aloe Vera plant. Don't water it until it is very dry!

Great to see your cosy pad of love... I so wanted to adjust the aloe plant and sit it centrally on the plate! The hot water bottle in the bathroom was a moment I wasn't expecting 🤣

Just a thought, if you flip that cupboard you will get the handle in a more pleasant height and it will open the way you want it to. Whether it’s the right side up or down :)

Coxwell is pretty good and has some cheaper apts. It borders leslieville and the beaches. And coxwell leads right to woodbine beach. Was super lucky to find a bachelor on coxwell and dundas with a huge window overlooking trees for 850. And I walk down (or drive if I just want to get there) to the beach almost every day to see the sunrise come up over the lake. It's gorgeous. Super grateful to find this gem.
