How to Sanitize a Corny Keg

I'm preparing a corny keg to receive beer - this requires the most important step in brewing: sanitation! I pressure transfer Star San sanitizer from one keg into the keg I wish to sanitize, then transfer it back. This is a super easy way to protect your kegged beer from getting infected. I was wondering what size wrench you utilize to take the posts off? I just bought a used keg with a post that has teeth similar to the keg you use for starsan. I was wondering if you knew what size wrench would be needed to remove that post?

How long can u keep the starsan solution in the keg without it loosing its property?
