Perhaps one joseki with major variations for 5 minute video more helpful. At least would be for me.

it would be good to have an explanation as to why each position is better/worse for each color rather than just stating that it is. especially for beginners

Ryan,
If somebody has a double-digit kyu rating they will be playing with a whole lot of black stones already on the board -- no matter who they are playing against.
This means that anything advertised as being "Common Joseki for 30-20 Kyu Players" ought to take advantage of the handicap stones already on the board to help them, don't you think?
