Sign stealing is not the issue, that's part of the game. Using technology to steal the sign and then relaying those information is a NO-NO.

Sounds like every team had a replay room. So there's no way to know how many teams used their replay room to steal signs. It's conceivable they all did, particularly prior to 2018 when there were no rules against it.

Real easy fix. Get rid off the replay room. You want to challenge a call? You have five seconds. Why should the game be held up while a team looks at a play to decide if they want to challenge. Challenge what you saw in real time.

What I don't understand, the NFL uses microphone and headset systems to communicate between coaches and the player (QB). They have a small device embedded in the helmet for the QB. Why can't MLB come up with something like this and do away with signs completely?
