Guys very true!! this product is not worthy of so much money .. I am very upset by it performance .. knobs become tight sometimes and ignition remain on so scary .. one year warranty just completed last month July .. and extended two years warranty have taken but we have logged complaints last two weeks still now nobody has turned up.. very upset really..

Great burners Faber but next time keep in mind no one would prefer electric lighters in gas stoves. Risk of shock is just not worth the risk. Do provide dual battery lighters.

🤐 maintenance cost ... every six months need about Rs. 900 for maintenance. and after 2-3 years, repair spare parts such as burner. for me just burner change cost about Rs.2000 + and it doesn't solve my problem. i bought HBR 783 MODEL.

Bought a cooktop 5 months before and it's two burners are not working any more ... Service person says there's no problem in product

Bad experience with poor service support. Over burner hasn't worked since installation and for months they have not replaced a part due which is under warranty.
Other 2 burners work fine but everyone I have to turn it on, I have to hold down the ignition for a few seconds until the flame is stable! Pain indeed.

Not a happy customer at the end of the day! Posting it here out of frustration and how it gives a heads up for the rest of the consumers out here.

Favourite company ki 1 mahine chimani 1 mahine pahle Li thi.... 15 din chalne ke bad vah kharab ho gai. 1 mahine se vah band padi hai.. customer per call ka call kar kar ke thak Gaya Hun. Abhi tak meri chimani theek nahin karne a rahe... Main to yahi sujhav Dunga ki flavour ka koi bhi product na khariden kisi ka bhi khareed lena ek bar kharab ho gai chimani to theek karne nahin aaenge yah faber wale
