Just a thought, have a plant that could actually be chopped as you explained the reasons. Even if you could find a plant on clearance to be the sacrificial lamb. Then discuss after care.

Thanks so much for this video - I had a question though, it’s early spring in Australia and my friend gave me his Monstera which is extremely leggy (was in low light for ages).

What would happen if I cut off every leaf?
