I have to admit that when I first stumbled across your channel, I thought, "Nah, this is too basic, " but I kept watching because I enjoyed your presentations. And you know what? Even with 50 years of weaving experience behind me, I have learned quite a bit from you. That said, what impressed me most was your willingness to share your knowledge without cost, making it accessible to anyone and everyone. That's a rare thing in today's society, and one to be greatly praised. Keep the videos coming, Chris!

I love these comments they said what I wanted to say... English isn't my first language, I can't express myself well in English I love your clear pronunciation and expression that's very important for a non-native English speaker like me.... learning weaving and English with Chris😄

I like that you keep your content bite-sized. It’s enough of a teaser to catch my interest and then I can explore the concept deeper.

I'm so grateful that you decided to take this path because your videos have been so informative and reassuring to me as a new weaver. Also, to any other viewers, I've taken a private class with Chris on Zoom, and I can't tell you how incredibly useful it was. I've had to take a break from weaving because of work, but in December I plan to jump back in and I'm sure I'll be needing more class time with Chris.

Would love a video on any yearly/regular maintenance you do for your loom. Reed cleaning/bolt tightening etc. I've just inherited a loom that I"m pretty sure hasn't been touched in decades and have been trying to work to get it into shape.

I love your format too…keep the videos coming. 😊. I also love your engaging, enthusiastic delivery and I’ve picked up some great tips along the way! Guests would be a nice once in awhile.

I like your videos because they are short nuggets of wisdom! I don’t have to invest a huge amount of time. You are always clear in your delivery and to the point. In addition to bringing in other experts, maybe you could troubleshoot problems we may have…like how to get a good/better shed or assuring good warp tension or choosing appropriate colors and threads for projects. Thanks for sharing your interest and enthusiasm. Maybe now I can go to sleep!😴

Chris - love your videos! I checked them out because I had hopes of attending your class at Three Moons this past month (it didn't work out for me) and I wanted a sense of your teaching style. I would LOVE to take an in-person class with you (or an online one, as you did with the gamp - again, not the right time for me.) You have a lot to offer and I think adding additional interviews from other weaving gurus would be a great addition. One of my favorite quilting YouTubers is Karen Brown of Just Get It Done Quilts. She has an interview series with quilters from around the world - she titles it "Let's Talk About...." with guests. That format is longer for her as she, too, does shorter videos, and I appreciate the succinctness. Your styles are similar and I think you would be fantastic at pulling off something similar within the weaving community.

Been working my way through your videos and you are my one go to for how to's etc. Your natural way and enthusiasm shine through, you make it all very easy to understand and comprehend without my brain feeling overloaded. Your camera angles are spot on. I am waiting on the delivery of a Schacht pup loom that wont be delivered here until April as in U k, the excitement is aaarrgghhh, but I have 2 smaller looms and a table loom so ok for now.Enjoyed your behind the scenes and yes would be great to see guests interviewed. Thank you for all you advice etc. X
Oooh had a thought, have you done a video on walking the treadles...think thats what its called
Or is that different for each person?

What may be coming to my studio is a floor loom- how do I share a project with someone on a floor loom that I set up but they want to try ?at home I am using an app on my iPad but I will need to give them step by step so they know where to put their feet wand what to do with the boat shuttles. It’s one thing when I prep and work on it but to teach others is quite different. Especially if you may be absent some days they are there.

I think that you meant to say "easier said than done". If it was "harder said than done", that would mean that it was easier to do, which is the opposite of what you were trying to express.
