RC’s Way-Too-Early 2024 Texas Tech OL Two-Deep Depth Chart
LT: Maurice Rodriques (Jr.) OR Sterling Porcher (Sr.)
LG: 1. Vinny Sciury | 2. Nick Fattig (#60, R-Fr.)
C: 1. Caleb Rogers (#76, S-Sr.) | 2. Sheridan Wilson (#65, So.)
RG: 1. Davion Carter (S-Sr.) | 2. Daniel Sill (#74, R-Fr)
RT: Ty Buchanan (#79, Jr.) | 2. Kaden Carr (#54, R-Fr.)

RC’s Take: Remember, Joey McGuire said this offseason that’ll move guys around on the OL and see where they fit best. This is a bit of a guessing game on my part, but these are the standout OL that I think can take meaningful snaps for Texas Tech before Spring Camp starts.

Going back to this to remember that pre spring depth charts don’t always translate to fall results.

But you’d be lying if you didn’t see 2025s group as a MASSIVE improvement. But I won’t let myself fall into the same trap (I definitely will)

It will be interesting to see what happens with the new line coach.

Looks good to me, but I'd flip Carr and Sill, McGuire said last spring that Carr will always be a guard, and Sill will be a tackle, maybe play some guard. We need to see something significant from at least 2 of the 5 HS recruits from the 22 & 23 class, 3 would be better.

Hard to predict without knowing who will run the unit. I like your projection though. Lots of untapped (yet) potential.

Thanks for doing this! Can you add the height and weight for these big boys? Who are the Joey high school recruits?
